MK III Flare gun to Share

A fairly common item but not many posted. I acquired this weekend. All matching as most are and a cracked grip panel. Someone got a little carried away with cleaning and thankfully stopped. No fakes that I have seen so more for documentation and learning. This is a 10 Ga. flare pistol used by the allied army in WWI and limited use in WWII. All opinions are welcome.
