Need Help with ID WW1 or WW2 Veh. Pennants

I have had these for a couple of months and have been trying to figure out what unit they are, I thought they were WW2, but a friend thinks they are earlier. I have contacted 2 of the most knowleable Canadian Collectors and they cannot ID them, so here's a long shot,

Does anyone have any ideas?
