NEED Help identifying a map case

hi guys its my first post here.
im having trouble trying to find this map case it appears in the movie Lawrence of Arabia but i cant find any info on it. here are 3 photos of it to help
please help me find this ,i cant find anything close to it

I just have to ask neobourne007 . I started to look at map cases from those who were in that fight that he fought and found many , many images of different map cases used by all involved, But this is not my search. So I have to ask,Have you used your Bing Fu or Google Chi to find your answer?
FYI
Lawrence was British and fighting the Turks in 1917, So look for all countries who He might of come to use that case. Noted your pic is from the movie and not historically accurate but you might find your answer with your own research.
