odd little backpack, UK

Hi anyone seen a backpack like this before? It apears to be british as it has Newey poppers.

I had something like this a why ago and it had a large map board in it , maybe this had the same use?

Havent seen one the same as this before..i have some British map cases but they are different from this... i do like the design maybe Private purchase..any stamps?

No stamps that i can find, there is a name written on it, but it's too faded to read. It does look like Ocham's razor is pointing towards private purchase, or localy tailored.
