Shoes, Galley, WRNS: sealed pattern 1944

Hiya, these shoes are my only item in my collection from the Womens Royal Naval Service.

These are a pair of sealed pattern "Wrens" galley shoes. They are dated 1943 and were sealed as a pattern in 1944. The tags have been updated over the years right up to 1973 when they were finally called "Shoes, Service".

Nicely made from quality leather.
