Unknown telescope, please help

Article about: I have had this a couple of years now and have not been able to ID it. It has a military appearance being made of brass and painted green with black end pieces. The only markings on it is a

    Default Need help! Unknown telescope

    I have had this a couple of years now and have not been able to ID it. It has a military appearance being made of brass and painted green with black end pieces. The only markings on it is a "15" and the focus scale on the eye piece. Does it look familiar to anyone or anyone have ideas? Thanks.
