Default US M1938 Leggings - Are they Collectable?

    Hi All,
I bought these leggings as a kid from my local surplus store. One legging has a signed and stenciled Name and Serial Number. "Peter C. Sassi, 33190422". The production stencil is clear and there seems to be a date, "10-27-43".

How collectible/valuable are these leggings? If anything, would they be a good addition to my M1 or M1917A1 helmets?

    Thank you in advance.

Very collectable. And a pair with name and serial numbered is a bonus as you could try and research the soldier. No idea on current values sorry.

    Cheers, Ade.
