Waterproof drawstring sack question
Hey guys! I don't believe I've posted on this section of the forum before.
I bought two of these 'waterproof' canvas sacks/satchels a few years back as surplus because I thought they might useful to store things in for outdoor work, but they just sat in the drawer and took up space. My question is, are these WWII issue? The inside is coated with some sort of plastic substance and there is a faded ink stamp on one that says "1943," although I don't know if that's actually a date or a model number of some sort. Do you guys think these would have any value to collectors of U.S. WWII stuff (I know nothing about that field), or should I just use them for tools and such?
Thanks in advance!
