Maybe something for medics? Seems to large for anything else
The only M77 i can find is a cluster bomb sub munition, i doubt it's for carrying one of those!...
Don't think Norwegian combat boots would fit in there either.
Rug error makes an m77. Not sure if the military used this rifle as a sniper....just a wild guess...
