Nice .30 Cal 'Reeves' box; field-improvised medi box. I reckon you should carefully remove the loose rust and it would probably look quite smart.

Thanks for the information! I did consider trying to remove the surface rust. But I wouldn't want to risk damaging the paintwork. However if you Could you recommend any sort of technique to remove it, without harming the paint I'd definitely give it a go.
