WW1 torch renovation

Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me please?

i have a ww1 tubular torch, date stamped 1918 and with the arrow mark, the maker is Twigg&Co. It is 12 inches long.

I inherited it from my grandfather, who served at Ypres among other places. The body needs to be repaired and I was wondering if anyone does renovations on these items or if anyone knows where I can find someone to do it?
