    Can anybody tell me what the correct dimensions are for the ww2 US army blankets? I have seen ones that are many different sizes and colors and I am not sure what kind to get.

    Olive Drab or Mustard Brown and what size?

    Its usually around 6x5 foot although this does vary.Most ww2 blanket i've seen are a mustardy green colour but then this can vary too!(dye batches, wool type, manufacturers..)some have a US stamp in the center...some dont.
    Probably best to look for one with a spec tag still present.

    Just measured mine, NCA is correct 6 foot by 5 foot.

    I am gonna get a new one because I have to have one to put in my WW2 M1928 haversack and my old military wool blanket is huge probably like 7 by 8 feet!
