De Ruyter tag

Article about: I have been told it is a copy or fake. I had to clean all the black and gray corrosion from the tag. I assume someone buried or used chemicals to age this. Bob Hritz

over 25 years ago I sold all the original tags I had gotten from veterans. Now I can't find a nice aluminum Waffen-SS tag,, a Fallschirmjaeger tag, or a U-Boat gilded aluminum tag that I need for displays.

At least I know my POW tags are original because I got them from my ads.

I will keep looking but I want to know all about them before I buy.

I think that is not too hard to find the Bob. Usually the FJ tags has a digits on them, as a encrypted code, if you'll find one early with inscription - that will be a rare one
