Dog tag help

Yup, they're not common, but not ridiculously rare either. I have two myself of different types. That one was definitely used judging by the color and the impressions of the coins it once held. They're not specifically disc holders, they're purses- for holding money, relgious symbols or lucky charms and sometimes the disc as well.
