I do not have the references to ID the ship or unit for this early gilt aluminum disc.

I have a couple of KM discs, I was under the impression the bit at the end was the year of issue (45K) in that format?

19122 = number
45 = draftee from 1945
K = Laufbahn XIV (Marineartillerie), XV (Kraftfahrer) or XVII (Waffenwart)
