EKM Begleit-Bataillon Reichsmarschall

Hello to all.
I would need for your kind opinion about this my recent purchase erkennungsmarke.
It is ""Begleit-Bataillon Reichsmarschall - 2 Grenadier Ausbildung Kompanie - markennummer 8"" stainless steel.
I have some doubts because I read on a website (but not as important as Lexicon der Wehrmacht) that the 2 Kompanie of Begleit-Bataillon Reichsmarschall would be a Kompanie Flak and not grenadier.

I think you should ask for a refund, friend...I thought he was guarded by LW-Personnel- and I notice there's no Blood-Type...(?)

I have read that the military unit was formed on 25.01.1945.
On the back blood type "A" barely visible.

The Unit organization as I understand it:

Begleit-Bataillon Reichsmarschall

Formed 25.1.45. Consisted of 7 companies:

1. Grenadier-Kompanie
2. Flak-Batterie
3. Grenadier-Ausbildungs-Kompanie
4. Grenadier-Ausbildungs-Kompanie
5. Kraftfahr-Ausbildungs-Kompanie
6. Kraftfahr-Ausbildungs-Kompanie
7. Versehrten-Kompanie

So the second company should be flak.

Eike41 Thanks for your answer. It also corresponds to what I had read.
I'm interested to find if there are false similar, but so far my search has been negative.
I have bought this erkennungsmarke in a famous specialty store in German militaria WW2 selling on the internet.
I think it's also possible that from January 1945 onwards, given the course of the war, there was a bit of confusion.

If this was any kind of line unit or signals I would tend to agree with you. The fact that it is a very small and special unit makes me think it is a mistake by a forger not a "field" mistake. There were not many men in each of these companies less than 250 that kind of mistake on roll number 8 is difficult for me to believe without provenance.
