Erkennungsmarke 11./ 19 JR

Hi guys,
I recently acquired this aluminium ID tag, which is marked as :
225
11. / J.R. 19
On close inspection, the edge, inner hole surfaces & inner surface of the letters/numbers all have patination. The reverse of the tag seems untouched but the front side has possibly been cleaned. From what I can gather the 19 JR, saw action in Poland, France, then Russia, quite a historical piece. The tag lacks a bloodgroup mark & I wondered if this detail, along with being made of aluminium & the soldiers service number points to pre-war issue ?

Thank you Giovanni for sharing these pics, yes the font conflicts with mine absolutely, will contact the dealer (only bought last week !), I couldn't compare this to a known original, hence a mistake on my part.
