Sorry Jan, I somehow missed this thread and only just realized nobody had answered your question. That's a lot of interesting text- it reads:

Radfahr-Ersatz-Schwadron 212

62 is probably the soldier's roster number, judging by its position (not fitting with the rest of the text on the line).

It seems confusing to be sure but it seems the parent unit is Aufklärungs-Abteilung 212 as the listing mentions both Radfahr elements, and that its Ersatz formation was both motorized and numbered 7. Several other Aufklärungs-Abteilungen list Radfahr-Ersatz-Abteilungen as their replacement supply units too, so there's a definitely link between the types.

Oh geez yeah- of course that's an 'f' and not a 't'... should've known LOL And it was so different a marking, I didn't bother to look it up directly, but there it is on the list:
