and

3/ F. (or E) Pi. 181

The "Lw" is probably "Luftwaffe", the "Pi." Is "Pionere"

Here is what I think it might stand for:
Luftwaffe Nachschub Führer 161?
I just can't seem to find anything about the unit. Let's see if someone else has some more info.

I don't think it's Luftwaffe, I think its Landwehr Nachschub Fuhrer 161. A quick search didn't give me much but they had feldpost number 05188 (Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) Landwehr-Nachschub-Führer 161 according to axishistory.com.
