Found on the ground during a walk in ww2 italian - german zone in Greece.
It's similar to a german dog tag variation of ww1, as you can see in photo n.2 there are on the top some other letters tiped by hand. 5x3 cm.
Possible that was given to some prisoner?

Is possible that a dog tag be created whitout holes? On this seems that also the holes are made by hands!
There isn't much to go on. But the stamped letters could be "VII" which might be part of Wehrkreis Vii assuming this was originally part of an identity disc. It could be a field made replacement.
It could also have been an equipment or luggage label. As there is so little information on it I wouldn't like to say.
