As long as the unit existed (I'm not going to research that, it's up to the owner) then I see no red flags.

Hello guys,
Bought this EKM at Ebay.
Seller says he had found it in the ground ! but don't want to tell me where....(what's the problem? Why not?)
Could you tell me if it is an original or fake? I believe it is a fake.
On the backside I can see the letters. Stamped to hard ??

more pictures possible!!
Nowt wrong with it. It's original. Is it from Ukraine by any chance?

Hello,
Thanks a lot for helping me.
I don't know where the seller did found it . I asked him but he told me that it was not my business :S :S
But why can I see the stamps on the backside?
-
Nick,
The seller could have gotten it anywhere, from the ground or a flea market. Do not buy the "story" of an item unless you have photos just judge the item on its own merits. The stamping was struck it is not unusual to see the stamping on the back. The trouble comes when the stamping disturbs the patina on the back making is a recent stamping job. Your stamping did not disturb the patina from what I can see. Having the disk "in hand" is the best way to tell for me photos are hard to judge.
Regards!
