Thank you for your reply, here is a clearer picture.
I believe Lit. is Litauisch. The abbreviation for Lettisch would normally be Lett.
So would this be worn by a 'Litauische Freiwillige'? Because as far as I could find the Flak Ersatz Abteilung 51 is a regular Wehrmacht unit.

I was thinking the Lit. was an abbreviation for Lithuania (Litauen) in German. I have little knowledge with the id discs, so with the number 4129 Lit. I have no idea what it denotes. The Regiment is self explanatory.

Mia culpa, Rik is right I meant Lithuania, not Latvia. Still a good ekm, sorry for the confusion.
