I am no expert on these, but Ned is right. It is a bad copy. The eagle gives it away.

Any proof of these ever even existed for real? They just look so unreal for the Gestapo.
I don't even have to look at the tag itself- that weird squashed-top '3' in the roll number is a very well known fake type used on Erkennungsmarken. Ned is right though, the rest of the details are terrible- definitely fake. You're right too Harti that the price is a giveaway- no chance a real Gestapo disc would be that cheap.
Ohhhhh- pillage then burn...
