Hello Glennyboy, can you post some clearer shots please? I've got a great link saved somewhere about these tags, I will try to post it later.

Ouch- yeah looks like Ned has it (good call Ned); the $20 pieces clearly have the exact same dodgy lettering on the back with the misaligned 'Z' and squashed 'O'. It's not impossible that the repros are really good copies of originals with poor markings, but I doubt it. One thing that's really clear about original Warrant Discs, etc. is they're very nicely made- the letters are well-formed, clear and straight; fakes usually mess this detail up. I'd be surprised if even lesser-import tags like this one, assuming it's not another fantasy piece, weren't still quite well-made.

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.

But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

Don't know as much as the folks in front of me but if the person/persons that found it on the outskirts of a town that saw so much fighting and sorrow they would not have named that town or the surrounding towns at least? That is were my red flag popped up.
Now to go back a check the replies.
Good luck,
Rudy
