    I believe its an Ersatz unit disc.

    The LAH stamp is very similar to my LAH field unit example

    I don't see anything fishy about it myself- it might be worth confirming if there was a 5. Ersatz Kompanie, but I expect there was. And you're right- the lettering sure appears to either be the same or very, very similar; the numbers are not, but they're certainly a realistic Erkennungsmarke font.
    Ohhhhh- pillage then burn...

    and is first in the list

    All of these discs was found in the POW camps or the areas where the war was ended, seems soldiers just drop/brake them, may be as act to never return to the trench hell
