Well the main unit text reads 'le Art. Ers. Abt. mot. 228' and since it's an artillerie unit, clearly the subunit at the top has to be 'Stammbatterie' If you look up Artillerie-Ersatz-Abteilung 228 on the Lexikon der Wehrmacht site, you can see what field units it ideally supplied- although that's the most you can get without knowing the location it was found; if you knew that, you might be able to narrow down potential field units.
