A while ago i found this id-disc. I know it was a construction unit stationed in Norway. On the disc it says: 3 BK (Bau Kompanie) 160 (battalion) and Soldier number 239. Is there any way to find the name of this soldier, and maybe find his relatives or someone from his family that still are alive?

That is correct, I even had to produce a copy of my father's death certificate to get information from them.

As many German records were destroyed at or near the end of the war, it is unlikely unless he was well known.

Well known? I disagree, the records in Berlin or in ICRC in Geneva will have the information but as already said unless you are a family relative they won't release the information.
