Need help identifying erkennungsmarken!!!

Hi! I recently found this erkennungsmarken with my metal detector. Can anyone please tell me what those numbers and letters mean or stand for?

I am pretty sure it is 3 "Bau Kompanie" 160 (battalion) Soldier number 239

The tag is not worth much I see these for sale from $15 to $30 but the unit is a construction unit not a combat unit so it is not extremely desirable.
