I do not know if it is real or fake, but this piece is not a Erkennungsmarke, ID dog tag

That is correct: this is a warrant disk and showed that the person carrying it had legal authority.

But if the comment were meaning that this might not be the appropriate section for posting in, that might strictly be true but it is an identification tag of sorts so this is the place really as there isn't any more correct.
