I bought this recently from Germany was told real, opinions?

Medical volunteer from wehrkreis 2. Not necessarily a female or a nurse. But looks fine.

I am told it's fake when compared to other similair tags, looking at the curl on the "r" and the small roman number II ???

The stamping in the first tag is not as tight as the second, but there were hundreds of these made so chances are they was more than stamp set used.

Yes I feel same way about some ss tags that are called fake, but could actually be real
