    Hi guys. I got this recently and wanted to share it with you. I especially like the fact that i have pictures from the recovery of this aluminum ERK.

    Fresh out of the soil. If you read Otto Carius' book ''Tigers in the Mud'' you will learn a lot about the area and the forest of the Auwere.

    I forgot to add the unit: Gren. Regt. 412 part of the 227 ID that fought in the Auwere.

    Very nice mate , from an area of very hard combat !!
    The gates of hell were opened and we accepted the invitation to enter" 26/880 Lance Sgt, Edward Dyke. 26th Bn Northumberland Fusiliers , ( 3rd Tyneside Irish )
