Unfortunately there's no full listing for this unit that I can find- just that it was stationed in the town of Amersfoort.

Hello,

SS-Polizei-Artillerie-Ersatz-Abteilung was stationed like Matt said in Amersfoort, Netherlands in "Willem III" barracks. This unit was composed of staff and four batteries and was responsible for replacement of SS-Polizei-Artillerie-Regiment and other artillery units in SS-Polizei Division.
