Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

it looks fantastic Paul ,
cheers Al
As must be, the same font used on SS Pz Gren Rgt Danmark, and more scarce than 23 SS Pz Gren Rgt Norge, because it's exists too.
That is also fantastic piece with a full of battle history.

An excellent and very rare tag, Paul --- an old thread but thanks for sharing this tag with us all, this thread truly deserves a dusty bump!
Along with an SS-Skijegerbataljon tag this type is certainly at the top of my list --- anyone with a spare of either (or any other Norway related tags), please let me know
Top!
Nice to see a real one!....
We have also identified the original owner of this tag and have a photo of him from his family ! He now rests in Narva SoldatenFriedhof .
