I am offered this tag that I first thought must be fake due to the construction (no snap line) any opinion from the team here?

Well Eike this is a strange one indeed. Just based on the way it looks could it be a so called 'eigenfertigung' (self made/fieldmade) emarke?
But regarding the abbreviations I have no clue, I couldn't find anything.

I am interested to see what others think of it.

A bit of a conundrum, can’t think of any abbreviation that uses ATM, but I wonder if it is indeed a field made ekm for the Technische offizier or Transport Offizier? Only reference to 677 I could find was Bau Btl. If price is cheap then might be worth snapping up, but at the moment a mystery to me.

Well the Artillerie unit would seem the most likely candidate.
