Can anyone help me with this EKM...they are not my specialty and I am curious if this one is legit or not.

Do you guys have any photos of any EKMs with a similar text font? I've never seen anything like this. You two are the only people that have said this is a good one..

If you can find an example from the same unit in someones collection that might clinch it. If you can see the reverse of it to see if the stamping looks recent, you get a halo effect on the reverse if new stamping has been made onto an old disk. The unit was not a Brigade sized unit for long, which is another possible reason for doubting its pedigree.

I would be very interested in seeing the reverse of this emarke. I have also never seen this type of font and would like to know if I could add it to my fake or original font folder.

Also, if it is coming from a dealer it would be worth checking any other examples they might have to see if the same font is used for other units.

From the picture of the reverse of the tag it shows no obvious signs of being recently stamped onto an old original. If you were not totally happy with it then it would be reasonable to get a refund. I would say it has a chance, but if the cost is too much of a gamble then pass.
