Unknown Disc

This disc is coming up for sale at a local auction, I was just wanting to know if it a period piece and what it is? Sorry for the poor quality picture, its the one they had posted with the auction listing. Thanks, Rob

Can't really identify it because the bozo has her thumb over the text that would tell us what it is. Looks like 'K. W xxxxxx Lotse'?
