He said: "VIII (Sb) - 8. Schützen-Brigade." Is this right??

I think Schützen-Brigade 8 is the most logical. I found SB and Sbg. used as the abbreviations for Schützen-Brigade but I think Sb. would be correct to.

I just don't know this for sure, based on the info on the Lexikon.
