Does anyone know where or how to get a set? It's part of a project I'm working on.

Of course it is, now that we are able to see what you are referring to...

These M41 EM tunics are extremely difficult to find.

I take it that nobody's making any reproductions of them?

No copies are being made, however its quite easy to make a pattern from the Obr1956 parade tunic.
For cadets and officers the material was wool and had piping on the cuffs, for everyone else it was double twill cotton without piping. There are also differences on how the back of the tunic is constructed.
So, if you're doing it for a filming project or something, the best alternative to an original or copy is to use the 1956 Parade mundir, the photo attached is a 1956 parade mundir with the normal insignia removed and NVKD VV petlitsi added.
