Anybody knows it?

This is a Soviet Russian soldier's steel helmet which was found in China.
It is said that this kind of steel helmet used in the Chinese battle field in WW2.
Is it still in service for the Russian Army nowadays?
Anybody knows it and would like to post some advices?

I am a chinese guy who is very interesting with USSR uniform and equipment.
First the hemlet is SSh60.Not the WWII model of SSh40.There is difference with rivet and the belt.Also inside is not same.

And the In the WWII,There is not any hemlet item provide to China Army from the Soviet union.Even the Manchuria anti-Japanese army which get some material from red army also never get the SSh40 hemlet.And in my hometown northeast of china(border with Russia),there is a lot old soviet hemlet import as scrap iron.I get the three hemlet SSh40(40USD) SSh60(35 USD new) SSh68(30 USD new)
