Tropical yes, but be careful not to imply too much with "M35". Postwar version is identical, collar and all.

That is what I suspected, 1960's or 70's... Possibly Richie alone will understand why I think his sideburns give him that "Wild and Crazy Guys" look. To stay on point, this just shows how late this cut of shirt was worn.
