Identifying belts

I have som belts, but dont have 100% war time or post war.
This last one-black is soviet?

Hi, first belt could be a wartime type for normal soldiers and NCOs. Second is postwar. Last one, I dont know, its not a Soviet military belt I guess. Maybe Eastern Bloc or civil.

The last one is very similar for WW 1- austrian hungary, but buckle is smaller.
