The lower left that looks like a manufacture date may be a stock number and letter. It looks like '91' with a letter 'P' or it could be 'Ya 1' then letter 'G'. I do not see it as the date. The upper right is marked FKA Z.I. and below is marked B. Sh. T. One potential is the uniform was produced or used by the Федеральное космическое агентство (Federal Space Agency) "FKA" and Z.I. might be a town or administration. I can't determine the full title for "Б.Ш.Т.".
