The two cloth stars are smaller, one is embroidered, the other is "silk screened" onto the drab fabric, but both are then sealed with some sort of water proof sealer.
Can anyone tell me what the two small fabric stars would have been used for?
I think they might be examples of this:

So neither is anything "real" exciting, but neat to have none the less.
I see how the stars were used, but what do they denote? The stars do not seem to be GPW. I would guess them to be late Soviet era.

The one with 1 star is for 5 to 9 years of service in the armed forces.
