Seriously though, I think the photos you posted make it hard to judge. So far I've been more into Cold War visor caps, but perhaps some of my thoughts may help a bit.
I remember reading that large soviet theaters and film studios were supplied with original army caps. Those are usually marked with proper stamps. I imagine such markings would be necessary even in smaller theaters for inventory checkings, so keeping them clear and visible is important. I can't see any trace of a stamp like that on this cap.
What if the cap had its visor replaced in post-army life? It's hard for me to imagine such a visor would be tolerated in service.
As mentioned above, those are just my loose thoughts on the subject. Perhaps someone might put the discussion on the right track.
There's something written on the inside....can you make a photo of that?
