Telogreika jacket sizes

Hello,

I am interested in buying a (postwar) telogreika jacket and after looking around I am not clear on the sizes. I know that the sizes are 2,3,4, and 5 but every vendor on ebay "translates" it to different sizes. I was hoping to get some clarification on this matter, I am 1,80, the distance shoulder to shoulder is 46 cm and my chest is 90 cm in circumference. When it comes to suits I usually wear a size 48 or 50. Do I require a size 2 or 3 or telogreika?

I'd go for 3.
