    These are very tough to tell as 99.9% are unmarked and they were used well into the decade of the 50s.

    My instinct tells me post-war by the look of the (Russian made) fabric.

    I own examples in US made lend-lease wool, German made fabric, and this.

    In any case, find some shoulder-boards in a state of condition similar to the tunic, perhaps a ribbon bar (it looks like one was there at one time) affix them, perhaps find a cap and enjoy it.
