    He's also selling this post war 6th U.S. Army Corps patch for $200........Same one elsewhere wartime issue can be bought for under $10.

    It appears the 'enthusiastic' vendor may be of Persian (Iranian) extract, or has interests therein, so I'd imagine he's possibly on the Hookah pipe!

    If he is in fact offering the blue circular patch with the superimposed white 6 as a being a U.S. 6th Army shoulder patch, he is seriously misinformed. That patch is a 6th Corps shoulder patch. I don’t know what it was in WWII, but it was probably the same then. Below is a page from The American Armies and Battlefields in Europe (GPO 1938). The patch in question is in the lower left corner.
