1871 bayonet ,german

im new at this! what im trying to identify is a
kind of unique looking bayonet. it looks like a
1871 seitengewehr except the blade is short
and is curved up! i do not believe it is a modified
bayonet. it looks orignal. it has this on the blade
gaurd(vi or iv a) a collector begged me to sell it
to him but would not tell me what it was.

That used to be a Seitengewehr 1871 until someone ruined it.

If somebody wants to buy it ... take the money and run !
