    Hello,

I've bought this two pieces on ebay a long time ago, but I have never prooved their authenticity. The first one is marked with "Z", and the second one is marked with "LW". I'm quite sure they are original EKs, but today I don't trust Ebay at all.

    look ok to me.

The "Z" marked cross looks perfectly good to me.
I am not 100% sure about the "LW" piece. I have seen that core design on a couple of
questionable crosses. Hopefully someone who is more familiar with this style will have
    some input.

    Thanks!

Both are magnetic and 3 pieces, and have nearly the same weight.

    Thanks a lot!

Has anybody another opinion to the LW-piece? I'm not sure about it. The Z-piece now looks clearly good to me.

Please post a close up of the maker's mark. I am not sure that it is actually LW.
I have this one saved in my files as IW, for Iohann Wagner.

I sent a link to this thread out to someone who's opinion I trust very much when it comes
to 2nd class crosses. He said that he believes it to be a good cross and that the frame matches
    on of his crosses.
