I found this close to my officers Austro-Hungarian artillery button.
If is brass with some iron inside - corroded fuse.
Used on testing ground...

The shape is quite new...
My opinion that is ...from your last conflict..
Definitly not Austrohungarian WW1
OK, State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs or Yugoslavia or Wehrmacht ... or Yugoslav army after 90s
